Maxie Liang is a J.D. candidate at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law and a co-editor of Do Diligence. He is interested in corporate-commercial law and currently works as a Summer Law Student with Toronto Metropolitan University’s Office of the General Counsel and Board Secretariat.

Ethan Chen is a J.D. candidate at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law and a co-editor of Do Diligence. He is also an Associate Editor of the TMU Law Review and serves as Vice President, Governance of the Lincoln Alexander Law Students’ Society.
